Working with a local partner reduces the administration and banking costs around invoicing. One invoice that covers the full services means less time and banking fees. We have strong finances and handle our accounts responsibly. This has enabled us to continue operating through this lockdown. There are a raft of other administrative services that often go unrecognized – these include:

- Health and safety checks
- Risk assessment
- GDPR / POPI compliance
- COVID-19 border crossing protocols and testing.
The partnerships which have been at the core to our success through our 30 years in business not only extend to our clients but also to our suppliers. For the most part this translates to better rates. While the terms and conditions may be the same our relationships mean we can discuss with suppliers and secure their assistance in meeting special requests. This has never been more true than through the last 16 months of lockdown. We have cancelled and postponed (the same) bookings many times and have handled this fairly and to the satisfactory outcome of both our clients and suppliers. As we see some return to international travel we would ask you to consider and recognize the value that we bring in our continuing partnership.
