Terms and Conditions

• 20% non refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the booking
• Package prices subject to change depending on availability at the time of confirming dates.
• Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations received before 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the non refundable 20% deposit paid.
• Cancellation received within 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations are only effective on receipt of a written request thereof.
• Our cancellation policy becomes effective immediately upon confirming your reservation
• During peak seasons, Easter holidays or during other special events, the terms and condition may differ for each property. Into Africa therefore has the right to adjust our terms and conditions accordingly.
