As a Professional Conference Organiser, our experience covers small boardroom conferences right through to large-scale Association meetings for 5,000 delegates.

South Africa has excellent infrastructure for conferences from the airports to the conference facilities, hotels and restaurants.

We consult at the preconference planning stages and, working with the organizing committee offer support services in programme management, conference logistics and delegate administration. Using our professional network we facilitate the marketing and public relations needs for these events. We draw on our groups and incentives experience to put together social events and pre and post tours. All of these functions are tied together with customized systems, ensuring a professional experience all round.
