The lifting of the curfew in South Africa came just in time for us to see in the New Year with a renewed sense of cheer!
On 30 December 2021 the South African Government officially lifted the curfew and reduced covid restrictions. Social gatherings of up to 2,000 outdoors are now permissable. For indoor venues, 50% of capacity but wih a maximum of 1,000 is allowed.
That being said, mask wearing in public places remains mandatory and the use of hand sanitizer is encouraged.
The relaxation of restrictions has brought about a sense of venturing into 2022 with hope and anticipation!

Democratic elections in 1994 opened the region up to the MICE market. The nineties was a very exciting time to be in travel and many new products burst on to the scene. Victoria Falls and Cape Town soon started to offer a miriad of adventure products.
Victoria Falls is now well established as an adventure destination and while our leisure clients are often up for some adrenaline boosting fun, our corporates take a slightly different view. Here is a snapshot taken on an conference/incentive programme we ran in East Africa. Conferencing for 1,000 took place in Mombasa, while a VIP incentive was run in Zanzibar for 200.
