Chefs Warehouse at Tintswalo Atlantic Hout Bay
Chefs Warehouse Tintswalo Atlantic serves up contemporary tapas in a tried-and-tested four-course set menu of small plates designed for sharing.
For a simply gorgeous waters edge sunset dining experience; Chefs Warehouse at the beautifully placed Tintswalo Atlantic on Chapman’s Peak Drive off Hout Bay. The idea to put these two together was an absolute stroke of genius, not to be missed!

Furny’s Noordhoek
A family-owned wine shop, wine-bar and deli situated in the quaint village of Chapman’s Peak Noordhoek.
“Oh my word, I just love this place!!! We come here as often as possible when we are in CT! The salads! I am salivating just thinking about them 🙂 Then there are arancini balls, tangine and other lovely treats.
Add wonderful service (sometimes slow with food during loadshedding but you cannot blame the restaurant!), excellent wines and a beautiful setting under milkwood trees.” Lesley

Salt Kalk Bay
Specialising in mouth-watering and healthy small plates, this harbour-facing eatery on the Kalk Bay strip is worth its salt – and then some.
“We love to spend time in Kalk Bay, there is something about it’s snug harbour and choice of café’s and boutiques. For small, tapas style meals, Salt has delicious food and their seafood is excellent. One place to look out for is the Kalkery which stocks Salt (not to be confused with the Restaurant) clothing and other and other local brands.” Colleen

Babel Franschhoek

“My best restaurant in 3 months in CT! Oh my word, what a wonderful food and wine experience! We had lunch here with a ravenous teen and a 7 year old and they managed to cater for everyone’s tastes with beautiful, tasty, organic food which delighted the tastebuds and impressed the senses. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Pink Valley’s restaurant offers patrons a unique, modern and relaxed atmosphere in which to share and enjoy contemporary tapas dishes

Rust and Vrede Stellenbosch
Chef Fabio Daniel serves contemporary French cuisine, adding his own unique flair taking inspiration from his Brazilian and Italian heritage.
Rust and Vrede received so many recommendations that we simply had to include this winelands restaurant. Everyone seems to rate their food, wines and it’s beautiful garden setting.
The Table at De Meye Stellenbosh
The Table Restaurant is where farm-to-table dining meets local produce in a picturesque setting.
“Who does not love t spend a Sunday afternoon having lunch in the winelands. We love ‘the tables under the trees vibe, The food is locally sourced and is often prepared unusual but delicious way.” Anton


Rainbow’s End Banghoek
Situated on high-lying slopes, rising to 540m above sea level, the estate backs on to the Jonkershoek Mountain and overlooks the prized and productive Banghoek basin, which is encircled by mountains.
“The mere mention of the words “Rainbow’s End” is enough to get our family revved up and excited about a day out in the winelands. The food is simple, a cheese platter and some olives at best. But the wines and the setting has a magical quality; one wants to sit and soak it all up for hours!” Luci
